Mr Polson is the former chairman of Polson Higgs, a leading South Island chartered accountant and business advisory practice with offices in Christchurch and Dunedin. He has significant experience as a professional director in farming, fishing, construction, local government and the energy sector.

Director

Mr Ward is Director and Principal of Campbell MacPherson, an Auckland-based investment banking and corporate advisory firm. Prior to this he was the principal of Waitiri Capital Ltd, a venture capital and advisory company, the interests of which were acquired by Campbell MacPherson. He has advised many business leaders and owners on issues relating to corporate governance and strategy, mergers, acquisitions and capital raising.

Prior to establishing Waitiri in 1997, Alistair was the CEO of Golden Bay Cement, a Fletcher Challenge subsidiary, and chaired a variety of industry groups. Alistair holds several private and public company directorships and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
